Roof Inspection – no peeking up from the ground. No guessing. Our roof inspection is a fully comprehensive walk-on inspection. We see what can be easily missed because we take the time to climb up and really look closely for potential problems.
Exterior Inspection - including the driveway, walkways, property drainage, and chimney.
Attic Inspection – What’s up there? Lots of stuff that can go wrong. We carefully check for issues concerning: electrical, plumbing, mold, and structural stability, ventilation; and the big potential threat . . .
Ice Backup in the attic – we check for the apparent ice that would be easily seen in colder months. In addition we are fully trained and experienced in identifying evidence of past ice backup when we inspect during warmer months.
Insulation – a leading cause of unexpected expense for the homeowner.
Plumbing – basement to attic, plumbing supply lines, and water heater.
Electrical – Entrance cable, meter box, grounding rod, existing wiring, amp & voltage, aging evidence, service panel, overall safety including "GFCI" Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter & "AFCI" Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter.
Heating & Cooling – We check for safety, efficiency and age-related concerns.
Gas line and sump pump/tank inspection.
